Primary Teaching for Mastery – Open Lesson Invitation 5th May 2022

Open Lesson Invitation - Teaching for Mastery - 5th May 2022

Have you ever wondered what Teaching for Mastery (TfM) might look like in practice?

Are you keen to find out more about the work of the Cheshire and Wirral Maths Hub?

So far this year, we are working with close to 300 primary schools across Cheshire, Halton and Wirral to help them develop TfM throughout their mathematics curriculum. We are keen to continue to grow the number of schools we work with and want to invite you to come and find out more about what we do.

To do this, on Thursday 5th May we will be hosting an open lesson event at Meadow Primary school in Ellesmere Port (CH66 4SZ).

This is an opportunity for headteachers and senior school leaders to come and find out more about Teaching for Mastery (TfM) and what it looks like in the classroom. This event is specifically aimed at primary schools who have not taken part in the Maths Hub ‘Primary Mastery Development Programme’, and who might be interested in joining in next academic year. As well as the opportunity to watch a lesson, there will also be the opportunity to ask further questions about what the Maths Hub does.

All of our programmes are fully funded by the DfE and supported Ofsted.
