“Our Targeted Support Partner is listening and observing where we are at and applying the EEF Implementation process to ensure we focus on the right things and put a realistic plan and support in place. She has arranged for a Maths Hub Mastery of Number specialist to model lessons and have discussions with teachers about good practice. The teachers have fed back that they found the model lessons reassuring and helpful. It has helped me as a subject leader unpick the specific needs of the school and how we can make improvements.”
